Pinewood Letting Agents opened their first office in Chesterfield at the beginning of 2004 and have grown from strength to strength since then, now extending to over 10 additional members of staff.

The office based directors, Stacey Davies-Bowler and Richard Taylor, boast a wealth of experience in the area, having both been landlords and developers themselves for a combined total 25 years, thus offering unparalleled advice on all matters of the property letting, sales, purchasing and development process, more importantly the high level of local knowledge needed, giving them the ability to value property with confidence and the ongoing management with excellence.

Our Philosophy

From day one, we had a set idea of what we wanted to achieve with our company. We have always believed that the single most vital ingredient to making our company successful is customer service with constant and never ending improvement. So from the beginning, we have set out to make sure we offer the highest quality brochures, the latest technology, constant contact with all our clients providing a personal touch and as much advertising as is needed to name just a few.
All our staff have undergone ARLA training and the majority live locally, which means they also can offer a more detailed description of the neighbourhood and there surroundings, which is imperative in this industry as you deal with people who are unfamiliar with the area.

Pinewood are also members of The National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) as well as being members of the Ombudsman for Estate Agents Scheme for Lettings (OEA), giving you the customer peace of mind that you property will be dealt with in a professional and caring manner.
