FAQs
How much are your fees?
That depends on what package you were to choose as they are all priced accordingly but our valuer will run though those with you at the property appraisal. We also offer discounts for multi property portfolios.
How long will it take to find a tenant?
That really cannot be answered accurately but what I can say is that if a property is still available after four weeks we are looking at the marketing and seeing if there is any more we can do.
How do I know how much is my property worth on the rental market?
The only way to find out is to request for one of our valuers to meet with you at the property and provide you with a “NO OBLIGATION” free property appraisal. They will also give you guidance on the legal and safety aspect of letting your property.
Are my personal details secured?
All information in our database is confidential. Pinewood Property Lettings are registered under the Data Protection Act.

Is Pinewood a franchise?
NO, we are not a franchise, we are independent and therefore we are in control of how our office is set up and run along with our fee structure we are not in the hands of someone else.
Where will my property be advertised?
Your property will be advertised in the local property newspaper/property guide and on the following top property web sites: RightMove, PropertyFinder, Primelocation, Property Today and the Pinewood Property Lettings website.
What else do I get?
We supply and erect a flagboard, print property particulars including multiple photographs, e-mail your property over to our extensive enquiry list of applicants, use our matching system on our market leading software.
Do you do Valuations?
Yes we do valuations; we offer a free market appraisal of your property with no obligation.
What are EPC’s and do I need one?
EPC stands for Energy Performance Certificate. As of October 2008, every property put on the market needs an EPC. The Energy Performance Certificate will give your property an energy rating that potential tenants will have access to so they will know just how efficient your property is.
